Gifts
Every donation form lands here as Pledged. Check your MySchoolBucks report, fix the amount if needed, then tap Confirm. Only confirmed gifts count toward totals and show publicly.

Sponsors
Interest forms from the sponsor page land under New. Mark a sponsor Committed or Paid and their level's to do list appears. Sponsorship money is tracked here, separate from the donation goal; add it under Other money raised if you want it to count toward the goal.

Everything still owed to committed and paid sponsors. Check items off here or inside each sponsor.
Players
Add each player, then give her the login code. Codes are shown only once, but you can make a new one any time.

Supporter outreach
Each player adds at least 20 supporters when she logs in. You check her list, then approve each message. Emails go out from the team automatically (9 AM to 8 PM Eastern). Players text their own supporters from their phones with the approved text.

Messages
Nothing goes out until you approve it. Editing a message sends it back for approval. Each supporter only gets the newest message that is due, never a pile of old ones.
